Renault Megane TCR: getting ready to hit the tracks in the 2018 racing season

The Sankt Margrethen (Switzerland) based team Vukovic Motorsport has completed the design and build of the Renault Megane to the TCR technical specifications with the greatest attention to details and state of the art technology

Vukovic Motorsport have received the authorisation from the manufacturer to design, build, develop, race and sale of the Renault Megane TCR and has now completed the 1st rolling chassis. A careful design and precise build has enabled the Swiss team to put a refined product on its wheels. An intensive testing schedule is due to start as soon as the powertrain will be in operation.

The Swiss tuner Vukovic Motorsport, led by Milenko Vukovic has saved no efforts during the initial design and prototype building phase. «I have put all my energy and ressources in this project with which we want to demonstrate the benefits of our systematic and high quality approach to ultimate performances within the given rules. We wanted the Megane TCR to have all the ingredients it takes to have a sound and performing car out of the box. Our goal is to optimize the performance, starting from the highest available standards ».

The efforts will now concentrate on the engine side, while preparing for an extensive development program.

Cars will be offered for sale to teams as soon as the TCR homologation process will be completed.
